As much as we were able to let him relax this past week, Sponge just had a very exciting weekend being Mr. Popular again… On Friday night he met his first friends, Tim and Taylor, and on Saturday he met his Grandma Myriam who gave Sponge his very own catnip plant.

Sunday was a big day that brought six members of the Farrell family to NYC for a visit. Sponge was the consummate gentleman and loved (LOVED) being doted on and brushed by his human cousins Sophie and Fiona. He followed them around all afternoon and even sat and watched them perform a dance for him.

Looks like he’s fitting right in with his new family! xo
